As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, providing strategic guidance, and overseeing the implementation of advanced analytics solutions. You will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with business goals, optimizing marketing strategies, and shaping the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:Â
Lead and direct the marketing analytics function, overseeing the entire data analysis process from data collection to reporting, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive insights on marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Develop and implement a robust analytics framework and data strategy, establishing key metrics, attribution models, and performance benchmarks to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize ROI.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing data analysts, guiding their professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Merchandising, and Performance Marketing, to align on goals, leverage data insights, and drive cohesive strategies that maximize business outcomes.
Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data between various platforms and systems, and maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics and visualization solutions, leveraging tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Big Query, and other relevant technologies.
Lead the exploration and adoption of new analytical methodologies, data sources, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing analytics capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, establish data governance practices, and champion data security and confidentiality throughout the organization

Qualifications:Â
Â
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record and significant experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on eCommerce and digital marketing, including experience in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in data analysis tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Big Query, and other relevant analytics platforms.
Deep understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and campaign performance measurement, with a strategic mindset to provide actionable recommendations.
Extensive experience in building and managing complex data pipelines and ETL processes, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
