Director, Sustainability Transformation

Department : Sustainability Reports to: VP, Sustainability Location: North Vancouver, BC / Portland, OR Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Director of Sustainability Transformation, you will join a capable and committed team driving the Sustainability agenda across Arc’teryx, globally. In this role, you will develop and orchestrate the sustainability governance processes, lead program management and drive cross-functional projects, leveraging your strategic toolbox and execution muscle. You will work hands-on with our Sustainability and Supply Chain teams; and engage a broad cast of internal and Amer Group stakeholders to enable and support delivery of our key strategic pillars for sustainability – Climate, Circularity and Worker Well Being. This role is based in North Vancouver, BC or Portland, OR and open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
