Your Job : As the Manager, Accounting at Brooks, you will be a member of our high-performing Finance team. Utilizing your financial statement analysis, technical accounting expertise, and relationship-building abilities, you will contribute to the success and growth of the company through management and streamlining of the accounting operations, financial statement close, and financial reporting processes. You will continuously look for ways to improve Accounting operations through process development, system development, and people development. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of team processes and controls, adherence to business policies and alignment with business strategy, and providing insights and guidance to relevant business partners. The ideal candidate will have experience driving innovation, using AI tools to summarize data, and drive efficiencies to help move the business forward.
