Manager, Retail Allocations (North America)

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Manager, Retail Allocations - NAM you are responsible for executing Arc’teryx product flow and merchandising vision through DTC channels for the North America region. Together with your team, you will ensure that Arc'teryx retail stores are supplied with the right product according to seasonal flow plans and are replenished at an optimal cadence and volume. You are a Change Champion and strong partner to our Commercial and Product teams, enabling the NAM retail vision. Meet Your Future Team: The Merchandise Planning & Allocation team is a cross-functional group whose focus is to continuously drive sales and margin, while mitigating inventory risks by finding the balance between the right product, at the right quantity, in the right place, at the right time.
