Program Manager, Store Development Operations

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Program Manager, Store Development Operations, you will lead the development and evolution of scalable store readiness and handover programs that enable our stores to open, relocate, and evolve with clarity and consistency. Acting as a key partner within Store Development, you will operate at the intersection of development, retail operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded early and delivered effectively across the store lifecycle. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, bringing structure to complex initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. With a systems mindset, you understand the importance of building repeatable frameworks, clear communications, and operational guardrails that reduce disruption for store teams and support sustainable business growth. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, you will help shape how Arc’teryx scales its physical retail experience for the future This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team: The Store Development Team collaborates with key stakeholders and strategic partners in the development, evolution and maintenance of retail stores across North America. This position will work collaboratively with other members of the Store Development team, Store Designers, Real Estate & Facilities to build stores on time and on budget and keep our existing fleet of stores in exceptional condition for our operators and guests.
