Program Manager, Talent Management

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As Program Manager, Talent Management , you will join a passionate and dynamic Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling core talent management programs. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Meet Your Future Team: The People and Culture (P&C) team partners with all aspects of the business to drive the continuous evolution of people and business practices. We seek to drive greater alignment, to develop and foster rapport, to create trust and maintain partnership throughout the organization. As the Program Manager, Talent Management you will look after programs that accelerate the growth of our talent, drive culture and engagement, and align to the business strategy, globally and regionally. Your portfolio will include performance management, talent and succession planning, careers, and workforce planning.
