Hi. My name is Jon Thompson, but  my friends call me JJ. I'm an active skateboarder, surfer, and snowboarder, and a Southern California native. Love the outdoors, and love working outdoors even more!

I'm a certified graphic designer and photographer by trade. I love working on new and exciting projects and ideas. I have an outstanding work ethic, a positive motivation in every asset of work and life, and work very well with others. I may not have the greatest portfolio, YET, but I believe my portfolio is diverse and robust and can always be improved over time.

Taproom Manager

? Pulled and palletized daily orders, consisting of a variety of malts and hops, for extensive customer base in the craft brew industry.
? Operation of sit-down electric forklift and electric pallet jack for inbound / outbound palletized shipments.
? Performed shipping and receiving procedures via RF scan guns and WMS in-house systems.
? Loading and unloading of LTL trucks, with pallets typically in excess of two thousand pounds. 
? Collaborated with team on building warehouse racking in climate controlled cooler, housing inventory of hops.
? Trained incoming associates on daily operations and receiving procedures as needed.
? Completed additional special projects / assignments in and around the warehouse as required.

Warehouse Lead and Admin

-  Day to day management, facilitation, and processing of order fulfillment in warehouse.
? Daily orders processed and shipped to customers via Amazon, USPS, DHL, and UPS procedures.
? Creation and execution of palletized merchandise to be shipped out to select Amazon distribution centers via Amazon FBA (fulfillment by amazon). 
? Daily operation of electric forklift and stand-alone pallet jack.
