The Breakdown: 

The Head of Integrated Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for building and operationalizing a best-in-class integrated marketing function for both Burton and Anon. This leader will oversee regional marketing execution (NA, EU, APAC) on one side and cross-channel marketing integration (Retail Marketing, Social, PR, Media, Digital) on the other, ensuring that marketing strategies are fully aligned to drive brand impact and commercial success in local markets. 

This role sits on the Marketing Leadership Team, serving as the bridge between brand and category strategy and regional market execution. The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, deeply data-driven, highly organized, and relentlessly focused on performance and improvement. They are also a creative thinker, capable of developing market-winning strategies that blend brand storytelling with commercial outcomes. 

Most importantly, this person will be responsible for standing up processes, ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that marketing, sales, and commercial teams are aligned in how the brand shows up in each market. This leader must be able to build a high-performance marketing team, drive operational rigor and inspire a culture of continuous progress. 

What You'll Get To Do: 

1. Lead Regional Marketing Execution (NA, EU, APAC) 

Develop and oversee the execution of regional marketing strategies that are deeply localized while staying true to the brand and category vision

Partner with regional leadership to win in key markets, identifying opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation

Ensure consistent and aligned go-to-market (GTM) plans across all regions, optimizing campaigns, retail activations and commercial execution

Establish best practices and operational playbooks for regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration

Own the feedback loop between local markets and Category, Sports and Creative teams, ensuring real-time insights from regions are leveraged to improve marketing strategies 

2. Oversee Cross-Channel Marketing Integration (Retail, Social, PR, Media, Digital) 

Lead and unify cross-channel marketing teams, ensuring all marketing disciplines deepen expertise and work in sync to maximize brand impact and commercial success

Drive the strategic integration of retail marketing, social, PR, media, and digital to create a seamless consumer journey across all touchpoints

Lead social and PR teams to build a brand that is culturally relevant, locally resonant, and deeply connected to its community

Ensure the retail marketing function effectively integrates into broader marketing efforts, creating powerful in-store experiences that drive traffic and sales 

3. Own Marketing Operations, Ways of Working & Cross-Functional Integration 

Stand up and operationalize the integrated marketing function, ensuring clear processes and ways of working among all stakeholders

Build a scalable marketing framework, ensuring that marketing efforts across regions and channels are data-driven, measurable and optimized for performance

Develop reporting structures that allow for real-time tracking of regional marketing impact, channel performance and overall brand success

Act as a key connector between marketing and sales/commercial teams, ensuring marketing strategies directly support revenue and business objectives

Own and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) calendar, ensuring smooth execution of product launches, retail activations and seasonal campaigns across all regions 

4. Leadership & Team Development 

Build, develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, execution and continuous improvement

Establish clear roles, responsibilities and accountability within the team to drive efficiency and performance

The Breakdown:

The Retail Marketing Director will be responsible for driving brand impact and commercial success across our retail landscape, including wholesale trade marketing, owned retail activation and visual merchandising. This role requires a leader who can connect annual marketing strategies to regional retail execution while deepening expertise in vertical retail and enhancing the consumer journey in-store and online. 

This individual will partner closely with regional teams, wholesale accounts and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure a seamless integration of retail marketing into the broader brand and business strategy. They will also be synching with Merchandising and Category teams, as they partner on visual merchandising strategies and plans. The Retail Marketing Director will also be accountable for building measurable and scalable retail marketing programs that drive consumer engagement, traffic, conversion and brand loyalty across all doors. 

The Retail Marketing Director will oversee a global team across owned retail activation, trade marketing and visual merchandising.

Develop seasonal store experience playbooks, ensuring that retail staff and store operations teams have the tools and training to bring marketing initiatives to life

Partner with e-commerce, CRM, digital and Integrated Marketingteams to drive omnichannel experiences that link in-store engagement with digital touchpoints

Analyze foot traffic, conversion data and regional trends to optimizeretail marketing investment and enhance consumer engagement strategies

Build a framework for local store marketingand clienteling, allowing individual doors to execute brand-right, locally relevant activations that drive community engagement 

3. Visual Merchandising (VM) Strategy & Execution 

Oversee the development and execution of visual merchandising strategy across all owned, partner and wholesale doors to amplify our brand and category presentationto align with key Merchandising and business objectives

Partner with design and creative teams to ensure in-store environments reflect brand storytelling and product priorities

Ensure brand VM guidelines are adapted and executed effectively in regional markets while maintainingconsistency

Develop and manage visual merchandising toolkits, working closely with field teams to ensure timelyand impactful execution

Establish a performance measurement framework for visual merchandising to evaluate impact on brand perception, sell-throughand consumer engagement 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration 

Act as the primary liaison between retail marketingand the broader Integrated Marketingteam, ensuring seamless integration of retail activations into broader marketingcampaigns

Work closely with e-commerce, media, social and content teams to connect in-store activations with digital marketing initiatives

Develop retail marketing performance dashboards, ensuring data-driven decision-making to optimizeactivations and investments

Partner with regional marketing teams to understand market-specific opportunities and challenges, ensuring retail activations are locally relevant while laddering up to Category and Brandstrategies

Manage and optimizethe retail marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment in initiatives that drive brand and business

10+ years of experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing andvisual merchandising, preferably in the outdoor, lifestyle, or premium apparel space

The Breakdown: 
Manage global business operations for the Sports Marketing team which includes Athletes/Ambassadors, Events, and Partnerships. Provide exceptional service to athletes, agencies, vendors and staff. Oversee contracts, budgets, and tax reporting, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. This role reports to the head of Sports Marketing and works closely with cross-functional Marketing peers, Legal, and Accounting.

Contract Management: 
-    Develop and manage contracts for athletes, ambassadors, partnerships, sponsorships, and events for Burton & Anon; and ensure legal compliance across all regions.
-    Provide expert guidance on contract matters, negotiations, and legal interpretations to each division of the Sports Marketing team.
-    Oversee contract creation, distribution, tracking, and payment processes, including tax withholding and vendor setup for all Sports Marketing verticals. 
-    Manage contract lifecycles (options, expirations, terminations), insurance, and visa documentation.

-    Advise on athlete endorsement usage rights and collaborate with Legal on contract issues.

Budget Management & Reporting:

-    Provide budget guidance to Sports Marketing teams for transparent cost tracking.
-    Monitor financial transactions, submit variance and forecast reports, and review and approve expense reports.
-    Manage Invoice Process (review, adjust, resolve, authorize, submit)
-    Handle journal adjustments, accruals, and prepaid submissions.

Management Conduct:

The Breakdown:  

Burton Snowboards is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Rapid Prototyping Specialist with a strong emphasis on 3D Printing to join our Product Innovation team.  This role will be pivotal in advancing our rapid prototyping capabilities, supporting product development, and accelerating innovation. The specialist will manage all aspects of 3D printing operations, from model preparation and material selection to post-processing and quality control, ensuring high-performance prototypes that push the boundaries of snowboard design and technology. 

What You Get to Do:   

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of 3D printing technologies, including FDM, SLA, SLS, and MultiJet Fusion. 

Prepare and optimize3D models for printing using CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and slicing programs (Cura, PreForm, GrabCADPrint). 

Select and test materials for durability, flexibility, and performance specific to snowboard component prototyping. 

Conduct post-processing operations such as sanding, support removal, resin curing, and finishing to meet final part specifications. 

Utilize 3D scanning technologies to capture high-accuracy digital models for prototyping, reverse engineering, manufacturing accuracy and design validation. 

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and R&D teams to develop and refine prototypes for new snowboards, bindings, boots, helmets, goggles, and accessories. 

Implement quality control processes to ensure prototypes meet design intent and functional performance requirements. 

Maintain an organized and efficient material inventory and order supplies as needed. 

Research and integrate emerging 3D printing technologies, materials and software to improve prototyping accuracy, efficiency and performance.  

Assist with customization projects and limited-run production of high-performance snowboard components. 

Expertly fabricate and assemble prototypes using hand tools, power tools, and precision machinery, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and functionality. 

Ensure safe operation and maintenance of 3D printing equipment in compliance with company and industry safety standards.

2+ years of hands-on experience with various 3D printing technologies in a professional setting.
