As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving results and maintaining operational excellence while leading by presence on the floor. You’ll coach team members, oversee daily functions like inventory and merchandising, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Malbon’s commitment to creativity, inclusivity, and the love of the game. This is a part-time, in-store leadership role with scheduling inclusive of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
