We are currently seeking a HR Cost Controlling & HRIS Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

HR Cost Controlling

  • Collaborating with the HR controlling Team for all the topics concerning personnel costs and budget activities
  • Supporting the HR controlling Team to perform the HR cost plan, forecast and budget and managing the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual vs forecast/budget)
  • Supporting the HR controlling Team to deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends
  • Uploading monthly data and maintaining the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks
  • Supporting on new projects (i.e. new commissions tool)

HRIS

  • Support HRIS (Human Resources Information System) activities on WORKDAY:
  • New projects with the Group linked to Workday
  • Work with HR partner on the day-by-day activities of employees’ lifecycle processes (update organization, positions mapping, compensation)
  • Training support
  • Data consistency check in Workday

Who you are:

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
  • Proficient in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to details & analytical ability
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
