General Role:

This position is to support data check & preparation in all Finance areas including “Budget & Forecasting” & “Performance analysis” & “Various policy & guidelines”, etc.

How you will contribute

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budget & forecasting by Actual data extraction and check & input the data into the required system or excel.
• Support variance analysis by comparing actual vs. forecasted performance.
• Assist with data collection and financial modeling to support decision-making.
• Help analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
• Assist the data correctness check related with monthly financial reporting & presentations according to Finance director’s guideline
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Support dashboard creation and automation of reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data.

Who you are

Experience, business and technical skills

• Good knowlege & experiences in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
• Positive attitude with strong will to learn about Finance related with works
• Finance & Accounting knowledge (Related degrees are preferred but not mandatory)
• Good English communication skills in speaking, listening & writing
• Finance works experiences (especially in FP&A team) & Retail business are preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to the details and ability to handle big data
